CARROT CAKE

2 c. sugar                      2 t. cinammon
3 c. grated carrots             1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 t. soda                       1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs                          2 t. baking powder
2 c. flour

Mix sugar, oil, carrots; Add dry ingredients and eggs.  Add 
nuts.  Bake at 300 1 hour.

Icing                       

8 oz. cream cheese              1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine               pinch salt
1/2 t. rum flavoring            1/2 t. vanilla

Bend oil ingredients and spread on cake.

Makes 8" x 12" x 2" cake
